No fine-print tricks. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do.
Three situations where we collect information. That is the whole list.
Name, shipping address, email, and payment information. Card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Your email and anything else you choose to share (birthday, preferences). Everything beyond email is optional.
Standard site analytics — anonymous page views and device type — so we can tell what is working. No cross-site tracking.
Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
What you bought is your business. We do not pipe it into retargeting or lookalike audiences.
If you join the list, you get the list. No surprise upsells or extra lists you did not ask for.
We prune. When an account is dormant or a request to delete comes in, we honor it.
GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) give you specific rights. We honor them for every customer, no matter where you live.
Ask for a copy of everything we have on file. We will send it within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Request erasure any time. We keep order records that tax law requires; everything else goes.
If something is wrong, tell us. If you want us to stop a specific use, tell us that too.
Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Under CCPA, California residents can opt out of data sales (we do not sell data, but the right stands).
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@seaducedproducts.com. We will confirm within 48 hours and complete the request within 30 days.
We use a small number of cookies for two reasons: essentials (to keep you signed in and your cart working) and aggregate analytics (to count anonymous visits so we know what pages people find useful).
No third-party ad cookies. No cross-site tracking. You can clear cookies any time from your browser settings — the site will keep working, you just may need to sign in again.
