    Our fulfillment team prepares your order. Plain outer box, no branded labels, no Seaduced wordmark on the exterior.

  3. Step 3Typically 3 to 5 business days in transit

    On the way

    You get a shipment email with a tracking link so you know exactly when to expect it.

  4. Step 4Delivered

    At your door

    Discreet delivery. If anything arrives damaged, snap a photo and email hello@seaducedproducts.com — we will make it right.

Returns policy

If something is not right, we will make it right.

Here is the short version, in plain English. No restocking fees, no return-label runaround.

Sealed, unopened, 30 days

Because of the intimate nature of the product, we can only accept returns on sealed, unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or defective

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@seaducedproducts.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you — your pick.

Not the right fit?

If the product just is not for you, message us and we will work something out. We would rather you feel good about the whole experience than hold you to a technicality.
